Refund policy

Please contact us hello@megsco.nz immediately if you have a problem with your order.

We do not offer refunds but we offer a store credit or exchange for unused and unopened products returned within 14 days of the date of receiving your order.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and any breakages or items lost during the return shipping cannot be credited.

If an item from your order is faulty please contact us immediately so we can send you a replacement.
