    This product comes inflated and assembled. Simply unbag and enjoy!

    Longevity may vary based on temperature, environment, and handling. Balloons should not remain in bags. Always unbag balloons upon receipt.

    Ensure product longevity and maintain its quality by following these guidelines:

    - Place in an environment with stable temperatures.

    - Keep away from extreme heat or cold, direct sunlight, and avoid placing near windows, flames, heat sources, or air vents.

    - Protect from sharp objects and abrasive surfaces such as textured walls, brick walls etc.


    Outdoor placement increases the risk of damage, including popping and deflation; such items are not guaranteed and do not qualify for replacements, refunds or credits.

    A flat rate of $7.50NZD for North Island and $10.00NZD for South Island shipping on all orders (via NZPOST 1 - 3 business days once dispatched)

    Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses. 

    Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.

    Returns

    We do not offer refunds but we offer a store credit or exchange for unused and unopened products returned within 14 days of the date of receiving your order.

    Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and any breakages or items lost during the return shipping cannot be credited.

    If an item from your order is faulty please contact us immediately so we can send you a replacement.
